Sony DRV-TCR6E CCD Video Camera - Mini DV, which we often use with a Fish-eye lens. Has standard jack S-Video in & out, which is very useful.

As you can see, this had a mishap on our travels and now mostly gets used as a Preview Monitor out of our mini-DV desk (which doesn't have a screen). With the supersized battery, it's very handy for previewing tapes too, and in a pinch we still use it as a spare for backup filming, live streams etc. Yes, the lens is gaffa-taped in place. Gaffa tape will fix anything.
