Edirol Roland V4 Video Mixing Desk (Vision Mixer). Great lumakeying and nicely compact. The only minuses really about the V4 are the fact that you need a preview screen (we usually just use a video camera for that rather than lugging a monitor to gigs) and that there is no audio facility.
